P/24/01/1 Chairman to Read the Fire Safety Notice and Announce that Proceedings May be Filmed or Recorded

The Chairman opened the meeting and advised that, as no-one was in attendance who was unfamiliar with the Fire Notice this was not required and announced that proceedings were being recorded.

P/24/01/2 Apologies for Absence

None received. Cllr Hood was absent.

P/24/01/3 Declaration of Member’s Interests and to Remind Councillors of the Need to Keep up to Date Their Register of Member’s Interests and to Consider Any Requests Received for Member’s Dispensation

None noted. There were no requests for dispensations.

P/24/01/4 To Receive and Confirm for Accuracy the Minutes of the Performance & Audit Committee Meeting Held on Monday 9th October 2023 and Any Matters Arising

The Chairman presented the minutes of the Performance & Audit Committee Meeting held on Monday 9th October 2023 and the following was agreed:

P/24/01/4.01 Resolved

That the minutes of the Performance & Audit Committee meeting held on Monday 9nh October 2023 be adopted and would be signed as a true record by the Chairman of the Performance & Audit Committee. There were no matters arising.

P/24/01/5 Public Open Session

No members of the public were present.

P/24/01/6 Resolution Audit

The resolution progress for Q3 2023/2024 was received, updated, and noted. The Outstanding resolutions for Q1 – Q4 2022/2023 and Q1 & Q2 2023/2024 were received, updated, and noted. Town Clerk to update the documents and publish on the website.

Cllr Drummond joined the meeting.

P/24/01/7 Neighbourhood Plan

The last report from the NNP Working Group was received and noted.

The Community Actions from objective E were deferred to the next meeting.

P/24/01/8 Working Group Reports

Updated reports from active Working Groups were received, discussed and noted.

P/24/01/9 Correspondence

None noted.
