Extraordinary Full Town Council Agenda 24-09-2020

Councillors, you are hereby summoned to attend the extraordinary meeting of the Newmarket Town Council on Thursday 24th September 2020 at 6pm
at the Memorial Hall, High Street, Newmarket

1. Welcome. The Mayor to read the fire safety notice and welcome those attending
2. Apologies for absence
3. Interests – Declaration of Members’ Interests & to remind Councillors of the need to keep up to date their Register of Members’ Interests and to consider any requests received for Members’ Dispensation.
4. Exclusion of the press & public 
To resolve that under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the public and press be excluded for the remainder of the meeting because of the confidential or sensitive nature of the business to be discussed.
5. Newmarket Town Survey – improving the mental and physical health of Newmarket residents
To consider survey results, identify strategic priorities for action, and to report outcomes to a future full Town Council meeting.
