Extraordinary Full Town Council Agenda 22-10-2020

Councillors, you are hereby summoned to attend the extraordinary meeting of the Newmarket Town Council
On Thursday 22nd October 2020 at 6pm on Zoom

The meeting will be conducted in the usual way with one person speaking at a time, those wishing to speak putting their hands up and the person presiding, determining whose turn it is to speak. Voting will take place orally, by roll call.

1. Welcome and introductions. The Mayor to welcome those attending
2. Apologies for absence
3. Interests – Declaration of Members’ Interests & to remind Councillors of the need to keep up to date their Register of Members’ Interests and to consider any requests received for Members’ Dispensation.
4. Newmarket Town Survey – improving the mental and physical health of Newmarket residents To consider survey results, identify strategic priorities for action, and to report outcomes to a future full Town Council meeting.
5. Exclusion of the press & public 
To resolve that under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 section 1, paragraph 3A, that the public and press be excluded for the remainder of the meeting
