D/21/05/4 To Confirm the Minutes of the Meeting Held on Thursday 22nd April 2021 and Matters Arising
Members received the minutes of the Development & Planning Committee held on 22nd April 2021 and the following was agreed:

That the minutes of the Development & Planning Committee held on 22nd April 2021 be adopted and signed as a true record by the Chairman of the Development & Planning Committee.

D/21/05/5 Public Open Session
Resident Ian Young spoke to item 21/04/7 from last full Council meeting – statement regarding the Jockey Club estates plans for the Scaltback site, following a meeting with the Jockey Club and West Suffolk, which was incorrect. He asked the other District Councillors who were at that meeting for their recollection of the outcomes discussed. There was no response from Cllrs Hood and Drummond.

The NNP Tree Policy applied to the tree applications.

It was noted that this application had been withdrawn.
