Members received the minutes of the Development & Planning Committee held on 30th November 2020 and the following was agreed:

The NNP tree Policy applied to the tree applications and the advertising application would come under Objective F “To create a vibrant, attractive town centre”.

The Committee actively encourages responsible tree management. There was insufficient information in the detail for felling the trees and the Committee OBJECTED to this application and requested that the application be submitted to the Tree Officer for consideration. If the trees are to be felled, the Committee requests that suitable replacements be planted.
