12. Delegation Panel decisions – To discuss any decisions by Delegation Panel

13. Licensing – To receive any reports from the NTC Licensing Working Group

14. Cumulative Impact Assessment Consultation – to consider a response to the consultation

15. Working Groups – to consider membership of the Development & Planning Committee working groups
