- Planning Appeals – to discuss any notified appeals
- Planning applications – East Cambs
- Planning decisions and plans withdrawn – West Suffolk Council-week commencing 10/10/2022, 17/10/2022 & 24/10/2022
- Delegation Panel decisions – To discuss any decisions by Delegation Panel
- Licensing – To receive any reports from the NTC Licensing Working Group
- Speeding – To consider the matter of traffic speed on Fordham Road
