12. Delegation Panel decisions – To discuss any decisions by Delegation Panel
13. Licensing – To receive any reports from the NTC Licensing Working Group
14. Tree Protection Orders – to receive any notifications
15. Pot-hole Report – to discuss options (verbal – AD)
16. Speeding
a) to discuss speeding concerns at Adastral Close
b) to discuss speeding concerns at Freshfields
17. Brickfield Stud – to receive and form a response to engagement regarding proposed development at Brickfield
Stud
18. St Felix Site – to receive information from Suffolk County Council
19. Transport – to receive the response to the GCP Bus Transport consultation
20. Rights of Way – to receive an update regarding the path at Laureate School Road/Willie Snaith Road (to follow)
21. Working Groups – to consider membership of the Development & Planning Committee working groups
