The Annual Town Meeting may, by law, discuss all town affairs and pass resolutions about them.
In accordance with LGA 1972, section 13 (1), a town meeting shall consist of the registered local government electors for the town.

6) Open session – questions from electors to representatives of the three local authorities responsible for the town of Newmarket (Suffolk County Council, West Suffolk Council and Newmarket Town Council)

NB: Printed reports from the Town Council Committee Chairs, Suffolk County Councillors and West Suffolk District Councillors will be made available for viewing and taking away.
