Newmarket Town Council is holding an Extraordinary council meeting on Monday 31st July 2023 at 6.15pm at the Memorial Hall to discuss the Suffolk County Council application to build 50 houses on the former St Felix School site.
Representatives from Suffolk County Council and Lovell Partnerships will be attending the meeting to present the proposal and answer questions from Council.
Following this, Councillors will be discussing the West Suffolk Council proposal for a sports hub.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
