What is included?
LifeLink supports people by connecting them to the social activities, clubs and groups that are on offer in the community.
- FREE – An initial meeting and up to six hourly sessions with your LifeLink Coordinator.
- FREE – Access to the LifeLink drop-in providing an opportunity to meet other like-minded people.
- Build your own personal action plan around what is important to you, with help from your LifeLink Coordinator.
- Who can take part?
- Anyone over age of 16 can get involved in something they have an interest in and would enjoy. All abilities welcome.
