a) DC/23/1674/VAR: 34 Fitzroy Street, Newmarket – deferred pending approval of materials being used
b) DC/23/1708/FUL: Long Cottage, Fordham Road – deferred to carry out a site visit to the property: 4/1/24 11am
c) DC/23/0980/FUL: 53 High Street – deferral due to extra information regarding WSC land
9. Planning Appeals – to discuss any notified appeals and receive any appeal results
10. Planning applications – East Cambs
11. Planning decisions and plans withdrawn – West Suffolk Council-week commencing 11/12/2023, 18/12/2023 &

12. Delegation Panel decisions – To discuss any decisions by Delegation Panel
13. Licensing – To discuss any Licensing applications
14. Enforcement – to receive update information regarding DC/23/1182/FUL 128 High Street
15. Parking and Transport – to receive an update regarding the BSIP
16. Public Rights of Way – to discuss the ‘Jockey’s Walk’ PROW (verbal)
