On Tuesday, 19th September at 11am there will be a short prayer memorial ceremony for those lost and affected by the pandemic held at the War Memorial Garden. Followed by light refreshments at All Saints Church with a chance to talk and share experiences. This will be followed in due course with further annual commemoration ceremonies on the anniversary of the first lock-down in March. The Covid Commemoration Garden has been funded by the Town Council with a grant from Public Health Suffolk.
The aspiration to provide a space for quiet reflection, to celebrate our coming together in a time of adversity, remember those who were lost and give thanks for our community.
