D/22/12/21 Chairman to Read the Fire Safety Notice and Announce that Proceedings May be Filmed or Recorded
The Chairman opened the meeting and read out the Fire Notice and announced that the meeting may be filmed or recorded.

Apologies were received from Cllrs Clover and Drummond.
D/22/12/23 Declaration of Members Interests & to Remind Councillors of the need to keep up to date their Register of Member’s Interests and to Consider any Requests Received for Member’s Dispensation
Cllr Hood declared a pecuniary interest in application DC/22/2065/FUL. There were no requests for dispensations.
D/22/12/24 To Confirm the Minutes of the Meeting Held on 5th December 2022 and any Matters Arising
Members received the minutes of the Development & Planning Committee held on 5th December 2022 and the following was agreed:

A member of the public spoke to the item regarding verge parking on Exning Road.

A proposal was made to bring forward item 15 and the following was agreed:

A report on the parking issues on Exning Road was considered and Cllrs Drummond and Hood have been contacted to assist with a proposal for bollards/fencing. The Builders have also been contacted and the situation will be monitored. This item will be added to the next agenda for a further update.
