9. Referral to Development Control Committee – to receive notification from WSC regarding DC/22/0511/FUL
10. Planning Appeals – to discuss any notified appeals
11. Planning applications – East Cambs
12. Planning decisions and plans withdrawn – West Suffolk Council-week commencing 14/11/2022 & 21/11/2022
13. Delegation Panel decisions – To discuss any decisions by Delegation Panel
14. Licensing – To receive any reports from the NTC Licensing Working Group
15. Consultation – To consider Greater Cambridgeshire Partnership ‘Making Connections 2022’ consultation
16. Enforcement – To discuss imposed planning conditions (verbal)
17. Highways/ Parking – to discuss the standard responses from WSC and SCC to Planning Applications for Town Centre Developments (verbal)
18. Trees – to discuss historic tree responses deferred to the WSC Tree Officer by the Town Council
