N21/12/1 Election of a Chairman
With the Chairman and Vice Chairman being absent, a proposal was made for the Mayor to Chair the meeting and the for following was agreed:
N/21/12/1.01 Resolved
That the Mayor take the Chair for the Neighbourhood Plan Committee meeting.
N21/12/2 Chairman to Read the Fire Safety Notice and Announce that Proceedings May be Filmed or Recorded
The Chairman opened the meeting read out the fire safety briefing and announced that no fire alarm was planned and that the meeting may be filmed or recorded.
N21/12/3 Apologies for Absence
Apologies were received from Cllrs Appleby, Hall, Hood, Hulbert and Yarrow. Cllr De’Ath was absent.
N21/12/4 Declaration of Member’s Interests and to Remind Councillors of the Need to Keep up to Date Their Register of Member’s Interests and to Consider Any Requests Received for Members Dispensation
None noted.
N21/12/5 To Receive and Confirm for Accuracy the Minutes of the Meeting Held on Monday 11th October 2021 and Any Matters Arising
Members received the minutes of the Neighbourhood Plan Committee Meeting held on Monday 11th October 2021 and the following was agreed:
N/21/12/5.01 Resolved
That the minutes of the Neighbourhood Plan Committee meeting held on Monday 11th October 2021 be adopted and would be signed as a true record by the Chairman of the Neighbourhood Plan Committee.
There were no matters arising
N21/12/6 Public Open Session
A member of the public reported that he was still having problems getting information from SCC regarding SEND services. He requested that Cllr Hood provides a report on SEND.
The Chairman advised that Working Group reports would be provided at the next meeting.
A member of the public raised a concern regarding a lack of reports from Working Groups and asked for an update on the requests for Neighbourhood Plan priorities for community actions.
The Chairman advised that some priorities had been received and that this was a work in progress.
N21/12/7 To Receive the Accounts
The accounts for November 2021 were received and noted.
N21/12/8 Budget 2022/2023
The draft Neighbourhood Plan Committee budget for 2022/2023 was presented and considered. The following was agreed:
Cllr Borda and a member of the press joined the meeting

That the draft Neighbourhood Plan committee budget for 2022/2023 be approved.
