21/06/8 Welcome
The Mayor opened the meeting and read out the Fire Safety Notice and announced that the meeting was being recorded.
21/06/9 Apologies for Absence – LGA 1972, Section 85(1) & (2)
Apologies were received from Cllrs Clover, Drummond and Yarrow. Cllrs Anderson, De’Ath, Berry, Lay and Crissal were absent.
21/06/10 Declaration of Members Interests & to Remind Councillors of the Need to Keep up to Date Their Register of Member’s Interests and to Consider any Requests Received for Member’s Dispensation
None noted.
21/06/11 Public Open Session
No members of the public were in attendance.
21/06/12 Pavilion
A report on emergency maintenance was presented and the following was agreed:
21/06/12.01 Resolved
That the quote to carry out emergency maintenance at the Pavilion from Allied for £1,407.31+VAT be approved.
21/06/13 Exclusion of the press & public
With the vote being unanimous, it was:
21/06/13.01 Resolved
To resolve that under the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, the public and press be excluded for the remainder of the meeting because of the likely disclosure of private and confidential information or staff matters.
21/06/14 Diamond Jubilee
A proposal was made to submit an application to the Civil list and the following was agreed:
21/06/14.01 Resolved
That an application be submitted to the Civil List.
