West Suffolk Building Energy Efficiency Survey

Last year West Suffolk Council signed up to support a Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, DBEIS, energy efficiency survey alongside Suffolk County Council, Babergh Mid Suffolk Councils and Anglia Ruskin University.

This was due to be promoted through the council tax and business rate annual mailing earlier this year, however the COVID 19 crisis put a stop to those plans. The Council has since been concentrating on the COVID 19 response and planned work had to take a step back.  However it is now time to resume and the outcome will feed into the post COVID 19 recovery strategy.

The survey is to inform DBEIS and formulate future government strategy on any financial help and assistance to be made available to help improve the energy efficiency of our building stock, both residential and non-domestic.

The surveys are anonymised unless you want to enter a prize draw for a gift voucher and a donation to local charities.

The surveys are open until June 15th.
