Duties
of the Memorial Hall Regeneration Committee
are:
-
To evaluate proposals
for the refurbishment of the King Edward
VII Memorial Hall including the
provision of artistic/cultural,
community and civic facilities together
with the production of an appropriate
funding strategy and to make
recommendations thereon to Council
-
The upkeep and maintenance
of the Memorial Hall and the establishment
of a regular maintenance programme
-
To contribute to the
Annual Report and other publicity material
relating to the responsibilities of this
Committee
-
To assemble and submit to the
Finance and Policy Committee, estimates of
income and expenditure for each financial year
in respect of all services of this Committee.
Membership of this committee is
voted at the Annual Meeting of the Town Council.
Three members or one-third of the total membership,
whichever is the greater, shall constitute a quorum.
